W. Emery Matthews, Principal

Mr. Matthews brings a wealth of institutional real estate management and development expertise as a Principal for PPM-Global. Mr. Matthews has previously served as a Director of Leasing for Hines Interests LP, an internationally recognized full-service real estate development and management firm. During his tenure there, he held direct leasing responsibility for over 3.7 million square feet of commercial space and closed on more than 1 million square feet of commercial acquisitions. Mr. Matthews received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Prior to attending Harvard, he served as an Account Manager for Procter & Gamble. Mr. Matthews holds a State of Michigan Real Estate Broker’s License.
