Marsha L. Bass, Vice Chairperson & President

As Vice Chairperson and President, Ms. Bass develops and guides the strategic direction and new business development for PPM-Global. She also works closely with the Management Team to develop the firm’s internal policies and procedures for sustainable growth of the company. Ms. Bass’s previous experiences include General Manager assignments with and consulting assignments for Fortune Top 50 clients including Procter & Gamble, General Motors Corp., General Mills, Phillip Morris and the Stroh Brewery Company. In these capacities, Ms. Bass has developed and implemented operational infrastructures, managed organizations with over 200 professional staff, directed corporate strategic planning processes and developed operating business plans for numerous national companies and clients.

Ms. Bass graduated from Hampton University in Hampton, VA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing.
