Blair D. Ackman, Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ackman is a Certified Public Accountant, with substantial expertise in supporting full service commercial real estate firms. On behalf of PPM Global, LLC he directs comprehensive financial reporting, accounting, forecasting and budgeting of assets; acquisitions and dispositions along with strategic long-term portfolio analysis. Prior to joining PPM Global, LLC, Mr. Ackman most recently served as a Controller for Hines Interest LP, an internationally recognized full service real estate development and management firm where he managed the accounting and reporting for 11.1 million sq ft. of office space and accounted for a $1 billion redevelopment project. Additionally, he oversaw annual capital projects with budgets over $20 million for JP Morgan Chase, CALPERS and General Motors, handled acquisition and disposition of assets for Hines Midwest sector, and supervised a staff of 12. During his tenure at Hines Interest LP he was recognized for his expertise in property management and was selected to teach at Corporate Headquarters. Mr. Ackman holds Bachelor of Science Degrees from Aurora University and Illinois College with majors in Accounting, Business Administration and Economics.
